Where is bunches of books located

So, to cheer everyone up and to celebrate the time when we can finally go out for a long wander in parks and gardens, here is a pick of some flowers and books. Dawn purchased the bookstore in and has made it a priority to keep it on Main street in Vineyard Haven.

She purchased the bookstore from long-time owners the Nelson family whom she had worked for as an events coordinator. Prior to owning the bookstore, Dawn worked at a trucking company and hardware store which were both owned by her family. She also owned her own catering company and taught preschool for many years. For her first year on Island she taught at the Chilmark School.

I was not happy becuase i start school in one week. Low and behold my book showed up tonight via priority mail, 2 days after it had shipped. They got me the book in a timely manner which is why i will give them a 3, but there communication is terrible and they cant be too organized. They didnt even know how they shipped my book. I consider myself lucky on this one but i wouldnt do it again. This order is subsequently confirmed. My credit card is charged. After a few weeks and no reciept of the books, I e-mailed them.

I'm then told that I received the order. I take my time to prove that I actually did not receive the order. Confronted by my proof, they then acknowledge that no, I didn't receive my order, but I was charged. They somehow lost the paperwork for my order. They still have the titles from my original order, but now inform me that since they have decided to raise your prices, that I am just plain out of luck on receiving the books which I ordered, paid for and they confirmed.

They gave me a refund and said there was nothing more they could do due to fluctuating market prices. I complained to them about their service. This yeilded a rude response from them which explained that most people would be happy with the refund. Quite the customer service their business.
