When is 7mate coming to foxtel

Shock horror, adverts on television, what were they thinking. I believe too many people live back in the glory days of the box when adverts were secondary, but the fact is in adverts pay for the programs we get to watch for free. But something that has popped up a number of times, Foxtel not broadcasting some free-to-air channels through their subscription service. This means only cable Foxtel iQ2 set-top-unit subscribers will be able to view the retransmitted channels 7mate and GEM.

The Foxtel service does not guarantee subscribers access to all of the commercial free to air channels via retransmission. Why did u bother to buy the rights to the rugby league World Cup as you are treating it like a joke. If you were serious about it you would have it on 7 not 7mate so foxtel users and workers could record it.

Now I have to miss every game as I work. How come you are only replaying Australia games I had planned to watch every game until I found out channel 7 had it. Thats is great news we viewers in regional australia will have another hd channel. I often watch 7 mate there are some great shows on there. Still nothing here in newcastle as of this morning regarding 7 mate hd still sd. I would think they would put a message on the tv screens advising viewers what is happening regarding 7mate going hd.

Hi i did watch a bit of tv before i left home this morning did a retune through my set top box yesterday nothing there. Did not retune this morning before i left when did it become hd 7mate. I did several retunes last friday before the opening ceremony still no changes here in newcastle actual picture quality on 7mate is actual not very good. Do you receive 7 mate where you are? By the way i live near newcastle nsw is it still channel 63 or have they added channel 64 for the hd signal. Very disappointing for this not to happen for the Olympics.
